The eggercisers are silicone and are completely latex free. The size is approximately 6cm x 4.5 cm.

You can do a range of exercises to strengthen your hands and fingers:

• squeeze in the palm of your hand
• squeeze the egg between your fingers
• roll on the table with your fingers
• hold between finger and thumb
• press one finger at a time into the egg
