These silicone eggs come in 5 colours.
The eggercisers are made of silicone and are completely latex free. The size is approximately 6cm x 4.5 cm.
You can do a range of exercises to strengthen hands and fingers:
- squeeze in the palm of your hand
- squeeze between your fingers
- roll on the table with your fingers
- hold between finger and thumb
- press one finger at a time into the egg
