How Do I Use My FixIts?

  1. Heat It – Put the kettle on! The sticks soften at temperatures above 60°C / 140°F
  2. Dunk It – Expose FixIts to the hot water for approx. 1 minute and see it soften
  3. Remove It – Remove from heat and pinch off what you need.
  4. Mould It – Shape the soft material to mend your item or add extra grip

You can mix different coloured sticks to make a new colour, or to give a marbled look.

The plastic hardens as it cools, if you need to shape it a little more, then you can use a hair dryer to reheat areas.
