Active Hands do not accept any responsibility for any activities undertaken using our gripping aids. Images on our website are for illustrative purposes only, if you are unsure whether certain activities are suitable for you please consult a medical professional.
Descriptions and Product Information
All products displayed on this website are available only whilst stocks last. Every effort has been made to reflect product colours as accurately as possible. However, due to differences in monitor display and resolution, we are unable to guarantee that the colour you will see on your monitor will accurately reflect the true colour of the product.
All drawings, photos, descriptive matter, specifications and advertising issued on this website are issued or published for the sole purpose of giving an approximate idea of the products described in them. They will not form part of the contract with you and no warranty or guarantee shall be expressed or implied in the contract with you in this regard.
The prices displayed on this site are quoted in UK pounds sterling, Euro and American dollars. Payments can be made in UK pounds sterling, Euro and American Dollars. The prices do not include VAT at 20% (UK tax).
Where there is a delay or likelihood of delay in the supply of products, we will advise you as soon as possible. You may either cancel your order choose a replacement item or wait for the item to come back in stock.
We will confirm our acceptance of your order by email (where a valid email address is provided). We will also send you an email when your order has been dispatched.
Recipients of deliveries made outside the European Union may have to pay import duty or formal customs entry. If this is the case, the delivery may be delayed. Any such charges are the responsibility of the recipient and we would advise you check the custom duty threshold of the country you require your items to be sent to before you order, and keep your total cart value below that threshold should you wish to avoid any additional charges.
We reserve the right at all times and at our sole discretion to refuse to accept any orders.

The product prices displayed on our website do not include VAT as many of our customers are either eligible for ‘zero rated VAT’ or live outside of the EU. If you are eligible for zero rated VAT please enter your name and a qualifying reason in the box on the checkout page. It is your responsibility to check if you are eligible. If you have declared yourself eligible for ‘zero rate VAT’ HMRC advises that you keep a copy of your declaration. If you are not exempt from paying VAT, and live within the EU, VAT will be automatically added at the check-out stage.

Gripping aids are sent as default by standard, untracked mail for cost-effective postage. Faster postage options with tracking are available during checkout.
Cancellation, Returns and Refunds
If you wish to cancel your order please email email@example.com as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been dispatched we will cancel it and arrange a refund.
If you wish to exchange or return your order please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. For a refund or exchange gripping aids must be in a resalable condition. Please return with 28 days of receiving your order. This will not affect your statutory rights.
